Some aspects of improving the criminal legislation of Ukraine on the example of legislation of foreign countries in the field of countering sexual crimes against children that are committed by close relatives or family members

Abstract
The article examines the main aspects of improving the criminal legislation of Ukraine by examining the legislation of foreign countries in the field of countering sexual crimes against children that are committed by close relatives or family members. After a detailed analysis of the criminal legislation of foreign countries, we came to the conclusion that a number of articles take special protection for the sexual inviolability of minors, which corresponds to the international Convention on the Rights of Children. In the criminal codes of foreign countries, the protection of minors from sexual crimes and sexual exploitation is carried out comprehensively, thoroughly and in sufficient volume, touching on all aspects of this problem. It is also positive that the legislation has resolved the issue of increasing the criminal liability of parents and persons who replace them, or those directly involved in the upbringing of children, for the ill-treatment of sexual violence against them.
