Some Aspects of Legal Anomalies

Abstract
This article is devoted to consideration of such of anomalies in legal sphere, as legal anomaly. Their classification is suggested, namely, anomalies in legal principles and non-legal practice are distinguished. At the present stage of development of statehood and legal system of Ukraine there is a need for consolidation of the principles of the rule of law and guarantees protection of the rights and freedoms of a person by overcoming legal anomalies. The basic law of the state gains stability and, therefore, it forms necessary prerequisites for stabilization of society. As certain politicians perceive, the relevance of adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine by a referendum for the present stage of development of our statehood is the essential mechanism of ensuring the rule of law and overcoming legal anomalies. Prevention, overcoming and elimination of all types of legal anomalies open a way to an increase in efficiency of the legislation, a growth of its value in reforming of sense of justice of the Ukrainian society, more reliable ensuring rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen.
