Some aspects of legal nature and the concluding of the settlement agreement in thecommercial process

Abstract
It has been investigating the legal nature, features like transaction settlement, the procedure for concluding and implementing settlement agreement in the article. The great attention is devoted to pointing out of the approval of the settlement agreement during the proceeding in commercial matters. Analyzed Some problems of application of the settlement agreement in practice are analyzed.
