SOME ASPECTS OF ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS INHIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS AT PREPARATION OF TEACHERS OF LABOUR EDUCATING

Abstract
Abstract. The problems of organization of educational process in higher education institution at preparation of teachers of labor training are considered. It is assumed that the appropriate solution to the problem at each stage of education certain tasks: at the secondary school level ‒ career guidance and advanced training in technological Sciences. What is necessary to organize specialized classes in basic schools, teaching and research laboratories students, work training center, where students can choose profession of generalists. At the level of higher education ‒ optimization of the educational process in terms of the rational ratio of forms of training, the share of classroom and independent work; development and implementation of new educational technologies, including modern approaches to learning and education, training courses based on the ideas of synthesis of knowledge and interdisciplinary approach, author programs and sets of textbooks (textbook, textbook, vocabulary, workshop), tools and methods of self-control, allowing the student to adjust the model of their education; the development of distance education with the aim of organization of independent work of students of internal and correspondence forms of learning and assisting students to prepare for entrance exams. The article highlights the system of means to improve the training of teachers of labor training. It is recommended to apply multimedia training courses in the educational process in order to improve the management of educational activities of students and improve the quality of their training. When using them, the content of the teacher's activity changes, which creates a pedagogical situation, conditions for the launch of the mechanism of development and self-development of the individual. It can also actively interfere in the educational process, enhance the knowledge base, expand the functions of the training course and improve the technology of training. The estimation of the activity of the multimedia training course students of the 4th year, the technological-biological faculty in EE MSPU named after I. P. Shamyakin (the Republic of Belarus). 90% of respondents believe that its use contributes to improving the quality of the educational process and allows for effective training of students in the mode of self-education, built on the basis of combined management, as well as contributes to the activation of educational activities as an important component of the process of preparing them for the future profession.
