Abstract
Abstract in the article the assessment of certain aspects of staff distribution organizations, staff improvment examined the role in the modern world. The opinion of different authorson on choosing the most appropriate criteria for staff improvement on the distribution organizations. The necessity of improving the methods of staff improvement in company with regard to current rapidly changing economic, political and social conditions of the country.
