SOME ASPECTS OF SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS LEGAL ORIENTATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problematic issues of organization of scientific work of graduate students in the higher educational institutions of Ukraine through the prism of the relationship of the supervisor and the PhD student. Attention is drawn to the fact that today the higher education reform is being implemented without taking into account the interests of Ukrainian intellectual elite, which includes leading scientists in the field of jurisprudence. Proposes ways at the legislative level solutions to these problems.
