LEGAL MECHANISM OF THE IMPACT OF PUBLIC SELF ORGANIZATION BODIES ON THE QUALITY OF HOUSING AND UTILITIES SERVICES

Abstract
The article is devoted to determining the status of public self-organization bodies as a constituent of the local self-governing authorities system in Ukraine. The article analyzes fixed by laws and other regulatory legal acts scope and content of public self-organization bodies’ powers to exercise control over the quality of housing and utilities services.
