THE CLASSIFICATION AND LEGAL REGULATION OF PROCEDURAL FORMS OF COMPENSATION OF DAMAGES IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article describes the positive and negative characteristics of classification forms of indemnity (compensation) of damages in the criminal proceedings, which are contained in a modern juridical literature and legislation in force. Based on the analysis proposed the author’s point of view on the types of forms of indemnity (compensation) of damages in a criminal proceeding, which supplements the existing theoretical concepts and legal structure in this regard.
