SOME ASPECTS OF THE STATE AND NATION SOVEREIGNTY PROBLEM
Journal Title: Вісник Львівського університету - Year 2017, Vol 13, Issue
Abstract
The sovereignty of a nation is not subject to abolition, for it is the fundamental principle; the sovereignty of the state is a form of realization of the sovereignty of a nation living in this state. Consequently, with rigorous attitudes, a new model of sovereignty is required for national states, as well as additions to international norms on special situations that allow interference in the internal affairs of the state.
