Some aspects on the regulation of transfrontal cooperation in the field of Entrepreneurship of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Abstract
In the following article, the author attempted to explain some of the specifics of cross-border business cooperation rules for small and medium-sized enterprises, which has been little researched so far, as there are no new visions and concepts in the field. In this article there is a characteristic of the specialized literature dedicated to the regulations of the cross-border cooperation in the field of entrepreneurial activity of small and medium enterprises in Romania, the Republic of Moldova, other states, under historical and actual aspect, according to which the author analyzes the various opinions of different doctrinaires to a series of conclusions. The article states that several attempts have been made at the international level to create a unified law regime for cross-border cooperation in the field of entrepreneurship for small and medium-sized enterprises. Thus, an important moment in the development of this idea is its recognition as a universal value, as a private international law institute.
