SOME FEATURES OF ADOPTION OF CHILDREN BY UKRAINIAN CITIZENS

Abstract
The article is devoted to some aspects of one of the most important institutions of family law – adoptions. Investigational adoption as form of arranging of children-orphans and children, deprived paternal anxiety, which is most instrumental in implementation of tasks of domestic legislation in relation to providing of every child domestic education.
