SOME INSTITUTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to improving the institute of customs clearance in the context of adapting national legislation to the European Union. Analyzed the Customs Code of Ukraine and other normative legal acts on customs clearance and its components, internal customs transit, temporary customs storage position information law and customs.
