SOME INVALIDITY ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS (CONTRACTS)

Abstract
The article analyzes some aspects of the current legal regulation of the invalidity of economic contracts (transactions), identified issues requiring improvement, justified by the new provisions of the court’s decision on the invalidity of economic contracts (transactions) on the initiative of the court, the circle of persons entitled to claim, correction insignificant contract (transaction) and the recognition of its validity and application of the statute of limitations to it.
