ON THE CRIMINAL-LEGAL STATUS OF LEGAL ENTITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article based on the legal analysis of patterns of criminal law in the legal entity, the rules of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine, is offered at the legislative level to clearly define the criminal and legal status of a legal person for the purpose of preventing corporate crime.
