MAGDEBURG RIGHT AS PHENOMENON OF THE BELARUSIAN LEGAL CULTURE

Abstract
In article the Magdeburg Law as the special phenomenon on the Belarusian lands of the period of Grand Duchy of Lithuania is investigated. It is noted that the Magdeburg Law on the Belarusian lands has harmoniously fitted into already operating system of the right. It is emphasized that uniqueness of the Magdeburg Law it was shown first of all in such system of adaptation owing to which «foreign German right» could to become compound part of the VKL legal system.
