SOME ISSUES A JUDICIAL EXPERTISE FOR CRIMES RELATED TO ABUSE OF MINORS

Abstract
In the article questions the appointment of examinations by the Criminal Procedure Code Ukraine. A list of forensic ex- amination, which should be administered, if necessary, during the investigation of abuse of minors. We consider some nu- ances purpose of psychological and psychiatric examination and comprehensive sexological psychological and psychiatric examination. The list of possible questions that are put to solving expert during psychological and psychiatric examination.
