SOME ISSUES IMPROVE THE TAX SYSTEM OF UKRA INE

Abstract
The article discusses the legal aspects of state taxation, certain shortcomings of the tax system in Ukraine, issues its further development, the achievement of volume proper revenue payments to the state and local budgets, social justice, respect for tax payers nalogov. Obosnovano all categories of proposals to improve the tax system to ensure its effectiveness and opportunities for greater positive impact on the socio-economic development of the state , the empowerment of local councils to use the tax base for filling local budgets.
