Some issues of conflicts regulation of intercountry adoption

Abstract
The institution of adoption has a long tradition, it is known in almost all legal systems. In the system of forms of placement of children left without parental care adoption is a priority. Adoption is a special legal instrument transfer to a family for rearing the minor child the rights of a son or daughter. This institution becomes even more important in the case of intercountry adoption. This article examines some of the issues of regulation of intercountry adoption by using kolizionnyh domestic law of the States of the various legal systems. Proposals on improvement of procedures for intercountry adoption in Ukraine.
