Some issues of ensuring the electoral rights of citizens

Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of constitutional and legal safeguards of citizens electoral rights in Ukraine, found out the extent of its compliance with the best foreign samples, as well as the main ways to improve the current legislation of Ukraine in the aspect of ensuring the electoral rights of citizens.
