Abstract
The article deals with certain legal aspects of pension reform carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On measures to ensure the legislative reform pension system”. The effect of the resolution of the Supreme Court of Ukraine 25.05.2016 r. in the case No. 419/794/15 on the issue of pensions of certain categories of citizens of Ukraine. Proposals to address issues of pensions teaching staff-school education.
