SOME METHODS, APPLIED FOR PREPARATION OF ANALYTICAL DERIVATIONS, WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF CRIMINAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESS

Abstract
In the paper the separate methods of criminal analysis realization during the criminal intelligence process are analysed. The different standpoints on a question of applicable methodology are examined in this sphere. General matter of base methods of criminal analysis is exposed. In detail the methods of network analysis and geographical profiling are analysed for achievement of aims of criminal intelligence process. Scopes and features of application of these methods are designated on different directions of criminality counteraction. The general algorithm of creation of offenders geographical profile is outlined. Drawn a conclusion, that in Ukraine it is necessary to strengthen training of analysts for law enforcement authorities. The ways of decision of this task are offered.
