OFFICIALS ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE IN THE STATE PUBLIC FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to studying the category of elected people within the system of civil servants of the state. Starting from the notions of public function, civil servant, public dignity and person holding a public dignity function, it is realizing a clear delimitation of public officials from civil servants, as well as dignitaries elected by the appointed dignitaries.
