THE EFFECT OF THE PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE AND ENSURING THE PROOF OF GUILD AT THE OPENING OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the presumption of innocence and the provision of evidence of guilt at the initial stage of the criminal process, its importance for an effective and fair investigation. The national criminal procedure legislation is analyzed, which determines the stages of the criminal process. The main provisions of the presumption of innocence and ensuring the proof of guilt are defined.
