Some practical aspects of application administrative-legal responsibility for the mistress of customs rules according to article 476 of the Customs code of Ukraine

Abstract
It was considered some practical aspects of Ukraine legislation according practical application of the administrative responsibility for the violation of customs rules according to the article 476 of the Customs Code of Ukraine. It was revealed some defects of the construction of the article 399 of the Customs Code of Ukraine. It was made conclusions about the expertise on the intellectual property questions, which is the base for the drafting of the protocol of the violation of the customs rules according the article 476 of the Customs Code of Ukraine. It was covered some practical aspects of the court hearing the cases by the violation of the customs rules according above mentioned article.
