SOME PROBLEMS OF IMPROVING THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY IN THE AGRICULTURAL SPHERE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities of the structure of the administrative and legal regulation of the scientific activity of the agrarian sphere and outlines the ways of improving the legal relations in this field. The research focuses on the objective necessity of the integration and cooperation processes for the sphere of domestic innovative agricultural production, proposes to supplement the basic principles of cooperative-integration processes in Ukraine. Based on the analysis, some of theauthor's own thoughts, comments and suggestions are expressed.
