Some problems of the judicial control during the appointment and the conducting of the secret investigative (search) actions

Abstract
In the article the forms of the judicial control over the observance of human rights and freedoms during the appointment and the conducting of the secret investigative (search) actions are considered. The procedure of the court activity in this sphere is analyzed. The gaps in the current legislation regarding the participation of an investigating judge in the judicial control over the observance of human rights and freedoms during the appointment and the conducting of the secret investigative (search) actions were revealed. The ways of their solution are offered.
