SOME QUESTIONS OF THE DECISION-MAKING PROCEDURE BY THE COURT OF APPEAL IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
The article addresses some theoretical and practical questions of the decision-making procedure by the Court of Ap- peal which are not legislatively settled to date. The author suggests amending applicable Criminal Procedural Legislation in relation to the entity of an appeal, and also amending procedural questions of the decision-making procedure by the Court of Appeal.
