THE PROVIDE OF SOCIAL ORIENTATION MEANS OF STATE REGULATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting issues of strengthening state regulation means to stimulate socially responsible behavior of business entities. Emphasized on the implementation of priority measures to harmonize public and private interests on a planned basis using prescribed regulatory tools of state regulation of economic activity. The ways of specifying the law to strengthen the social impact of the implementation of the means of state regulation of economic relations.
