Some remarks about the Polish social welfare in terms of economic analysis of law

Abstract
This article applies to Polish social welfare studied in the context of the economic analysis of law. Specific contexts that I present in this article are: cost, time, ways of doing things, the number of published decisions and beneficiaries of social welfare in Poland. Following the presentation of the question naturally arises about the legitimacy of the use of certain solutions, particularly in the context of their financial performance. In this article I present a reflection on celebrated in Poland, a social care model and the crisis of law, part of a broad issue of the crisis of the modern democratic state of the Western model.
