SOME TACTICAL ASPECTS OF A LAWYER’S TALK WITH DEFENDANT

Abstract
The article deals with the essence and content of the some tactical aspects of a lawyer’s talk with defendant. The main tasks of such communication and the preconditions that promote their achievement are singled out. Based on the research, author proposed his own recommendations for establishing a psychological interconnection between a lawyer and a client.
