SOME THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL CUSTOMS EVOLUTION

Abstract

In the article the author defines theoretical approaches to the definition of the specificity of evolution and the structure of the international legal custom. Indicates the need for a clear, unified doctrinal approach to the definition of elements of the international custom. The author analyzes international judicial practice in the context of relevant issues.
