Сomparative analysis of the formation of the political elite of Rus and Еngland in the middle ages

Abstract

A attempt a comparative analysis of formation and development of the political elite of two major European powers – England and Rus. Are parallels in the methods of reconciling the interests of various elite groups that were used by the ruling elite of both countries. The structure of the political elite in various stages of development. The basic differences processes formation elite in England and Rus, set out the local specifics of these processes. The conclusion about the similarity of processes structuring elite of both countries. At the end of the XIII century she had the following configuration: Monarch – boyars (barony) – the elite of the city. The specificity of Rus was the presence in this scheme, folk fees. The specificity of England was the progress of the scheme up to the parliamentary control model. A «special», a non-European way of development of state and political elite of Russia we have not seen, but the specifics of the way for each country was different.
