Сompetitiveness development of the modern head of secondary educational institution under conditions of social and economic changes

Abstract

This paper considers importance of the development of the head of a secondary education institution’ competitiveness; identifies the main tasks of increasing competitiveness of the heads of secondary general education institutions. Importance of increasing the innovative activity of the head of school is justified. It proves that one of the most important competitive advantage of the head of a secondary educational institution under conditions of social and economic changes is his/her creativity and ability for self-regulation.
