Abstract
In this article, methods and tools for the formation and implementation of the directions of structural diversification of the subsystems of the oil and gas complex in Kazakhstan are considered. In the conditions of increased risk, the problem of attracting investments, which are the main engine for diversifying the country's economy, comes to the forefront.
