SPECIAL ECONOMIC KNOWLEDGE: ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS AND JUDICIAL PRACTICE OF WOODWORKING OF POLAND

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical research of the organizational and legal aspects of the system analysis of the use of special economic knowledge in the criminal process in Poland, the nature of violations of procedural legislation when considering economic offenses. The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal framework, procedural rules and decisions of the courts of Poland, scientific views of scientists, which is a positive argument for the legal regulation of the use of special economic knowledge in harmonizing the study of economic offenses with international law.
