SPECIAL MEASURES FOR THE PREVENTION OF VIOLENCE OF VIOLENCE

Abstract
The article examines the system of special measures to prevent violence against children. It is noted that these measures are a kind of administrative penalty, because they are in their legal nature close. The problems of legal regulation of protection of children from violence are highlighted.
