SPECIALIZATION COMPETENCE OF THE TEACHERS-TO-DO BY PHYSICS

Abstract
The main idea of the article is the problem of the management of special competence of students. The author introduces the concept of the management, specialization competency. The author distinguishes the components of specialization of the competence by student. The article implemented the subject of agreement between the structure and competence of the target binary program.
