Specialization of institutional regulation of socially-economical care of persons with disabilities.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the identification of the peculiarities of the functioning of the institutional regulation of socio-economic provision for persons with disabilities. The key elements and factors of socio-economic support for people with disabilities are identified. Systematization of specific properties of the problems of socio-economic security of man and citizen in Ukraine is carried out. The role of the state and public organizations as institutes for regulating social and economic support of persons with disabilities is substantiated. Stages of development of institutional regulation of social and economic provision of persons with disabilities in Ukraine are singled out. The goal and components of the institutional regulation of socio-economic provision for persons with disabilities are defined. It is proved that the quality of life is considered as an integral characteristic in assessing the level of socioeconomic support for people with disabilities. Understanding the institutional regulation of socio-economic provision for people with disabilities in this context puts the concept of human capital and investments in it first. The proposed classification of factors affecting the institutional regulation of socio-economic provision for persons with disabilities.
