Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of the functioning of the world labor market in the context of global transformations of the social market, analyzed the state and the legislative provision of labor migration, characteristics and consequences of identified illegal labor migration, which have both negative and positive aspects. Special gradient produced in the legal security of the main directions of the state labor migration policies.
