SPECIFICITY OF HUMAN RESOURCING OF MACHINE BUILDING ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The role of mechanical engineering in the industry is determined. A serious problem “staff shortage” for machine building enterprises appeared in the context of globalization and innovation processes. The preconditions of formation of features of human resourcing of machine building enterprises are analysed: selection of machine building in a separate industry; ratio of live and materialized labour in the cost of machine building products; permanent technical progress in machine building; level of mechanical engineering determines the country's competitiveness in the global economy; historical formation of regional centres of Ukraine building industry; production technology is a basic feature of systematization of machine-building industries; personalized nature of the employment relationship. In total seven specific features of human resourcing of machine building enterprises are synthesized: availability of professional knowledge, abilities and skills reflecting the specifics of engineering; disproportionate dependence of employed in mechanical engineering on the industry production volumes; need to update professional knowledge and skills; HR component of competitiveness of the machine building sector; territorial location of engineering personnel; plurality of professions involved in the production process of each sub-sector; human resourcing of technological process at an enterprise. On the example of PJSC “Kryukov Railway Car Building Works” there is illustrated the formation of human resourcing given that the technological process provides for a complex of professions and qualifications, providing their operation.
