SPECIFICITY OF THE CORRELATION OF THE NORMS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LABOR LAW IN THE CONTEXT OF LEGAL REGULATION OF THEIR PASSAGE OF SERVICE AT THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the specificity of the correlation of the norms of administrative and labor law in the context of legal regulation of their service in the National Police of Ukraine is considered. It is proved that the norms of labor and administrative law correlate and in general create a system of legal regulation of the realization of the right to work by the police.
