HARMONIZATION OF UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION AND EUROPEAN UNION IN FIELD OF FOOD SAFETY CONTROL

Abstract
The article deals with investigation of certain aspects of Ukraine and EU legislation in field of food safety control, level of adaptation and find ways to improve national legislation that would be provide a high level of protection of human life and health. In scientific article analyzed Ukrainian legislation and practical results of EU countries in field of food safety control for example Denmark.
