SPECIFICS OF HIGHER PHILOSOPHICAL EDUCATION IN COUNTRIES OF BENELUX: COMPARATIVNESS ANALYS

Abstract
The article examines in detail and comprehensively the features of the preparation of masters and bachelors in philosophy in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. It has been revealed that in the Benelux countries there are both classical 3-year undergraduate programs, and reduced (intensive) programs for those who study in other specialties at this educational level. It is also highlighted that the master's preparation in the Benelux states is both a classical philosophical for a wide range of specialists, and a research one aimed at teaching and researching future specialists. It is proved that the philosophical education in this region is aimed primarily at ensuring that the graduate was able to use the tools, various innovative skills necessary for effective communication and information management. It is shown that among possible aspects of modernization of the domestic philosophical education there should be the introduction of theoretical and practical Master's programs, as well as a great deal of philosophical training courses at the undergraduate level.
