SPECIFICS OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITY IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
In the scientific article have investigated the actual problems and made the analysis of investment activity for development of the agricultural sector due with presence of numerous institutional constraints and administrative barriers as well has made analysis of the basic conditions for a complex research the specific problems in foreign countries. In countries with developed market economies, the state takes over regulatory functions in the process of regulating innovation and investment activities.
