Specjalizacje regionalne a Strategia Europa 2020

Abstract
W myśl dokumentów unijnych, wyznaczających politykę rozwoju na najbliższe lata, przed regionami stoi nowe wyzwanie związane z określeniem branż , w jakich region będzie się specjalizował. Specjalizacje gospodarcze należy obligatoryjnie uwzględnić w przygotowanej strategii innowacji. Posiadanie strategii inteligentnej specjalizacji (smart specialisation) będzie warunkowało możliwość pozyskania funduszy europejskich w perspektywie finansowej Unii Europejskiej 2014-2020. Celem artykułu jest scharakteryzowanie i przedstawienie założeń teoretycznych inteligentnej specjalizacji w powiązaniu ze Strategią Europa 2020. Dokonano analizy wytycznych Strategii Europa 2020 realizowanych przez specjalizacje regionalne.
