Specyfika obsługi segmentu klientów w podeszłym wieku w bankach komercyjnych

Abstract
An aging Polish population represents a huge challenge for the Polish economy, that includes the baking sector. The senior citizen group is one that, allows more accurate reading of the needs and preferences of older people in terms of banking products and services, as well as the profile of their service. The purpose of this article is to analyze the specific charakterictics and forms of customer service for senior citizens and assess their adaptation to the requirements of this market segment. The thesis includes two parts. The main point, is to show characteristic of senior citizens, how the typical bank operation is performed by a senior citizen and the importance of personal service for those people. A carried aut research show that banks are guided to senior citizens specifically dedicated offer, containing a kind of bonuses and special form of taking care of them in the bank.
