SPEDYCJA A KOMODALNOŚĆ TRANSPORTU

Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono różne aspekty komodalności transportu z punktu widzenia spedytora/logistyka/operatora transportu multimodalnego. Przedstawiając cele, zadania oraz funkcje polityki transportowej UE i porównując je z podstawami prawnymi spedycji i przedmiotem działalności spedycyjnej zdefiniowano komodalność transportu oraz dokonano syntetycznej oceny transportu i spedycji/logistyki jako obszarów działań umożliwiających uzyskanie przewagi konkurencyjnej.
