Speech linguistic expertise at the present stage of development

Abstract
The article deal with problems of the theory and practice of forensic linguistic expertise, and their decision in judicial expert practice. The approaches to expert research of a certain range of linguistic tasks are determined. The questions of the competence of the expert in solving linguistic problems are considered, and the factors that make it impossible to answer the questions put before the expert-linguist are outlined. Examples of expert practice show the possibility of solving semantic-textual tasks, which are carried out within the framework of research work and techniques which are currently not sufficiently developed
