Abstract
The subject of the article is the analysis of the legal admissibility to suspend the registration proceedings as a way of securing claims for repeal or declaring invalidity of resolutions adopted by the ownership bodies of companies. This study refers to the problem of legal interpretation the amended regulations of the Code of Civil Procedure and the power of civil court to influence the registration proceedings. Special emphasis has been also given to the issue of the interaction between the proceedings to secure claims (see Art. 755 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure) and the power of the court of registration to suspend its own registration proceedings (see Art. 249 § 2 as well as Art. 423 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code).
