Spór o Trybunał Konstytucyjny – geneza i istota problemu, skutki, scenariusze na przyszłość

Abstract
The dispute over the Constitutional Tribunal is primarily of a personal nature and concerns two issues: 1) the legality of choosing three people for the position of judge of the Constitutional Tribunal: Mariusz Muszyński, Jaroslaw Wyrembak and Justyn Piskorski; 2) the legality of the appointment of the judge of the Tribunal Julia Przyłębska to the post of the President of the Constitutional Tribunal. This article consists of a descriptive part summarizing the basic facts and arguments brought up by both parties to the dispute in the legal discussion, and a prognosis presenting four alternative scenarios for ending the dispute over the Constitutional Tribunal in 2019–2024 or later.<br/><br/>
